At Patrick Ta Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your products in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all caps are tightened and the prepaid label is attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
